GINGER MULE
INGREDIENTS
BD Navy Strength Gin
Angostura Bitters
Ginger Beer
Fresh Lime
Rosemary
Ice
METHOD
Fill A short glass with ice, pour in 50ml of The Buckingham Distillery Navy Strength Gin and squeeze half a fresh lime. Next, top up the glass with Ginger beer and stir. Finish with 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters and a sprig of Rosemary - enjoy!
LEMon spritz
INGREDIENTS
BD Gin Limone
Fresh Mint
Lemon
Sugar or Sugar Syrup
Prosecco
Lemon Tonic
Ice
METHOD
Fill your glass with lots of ice, add a hand full mint leaves, 25ml of sugar syrup, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, 25ml of Buckingham Distillery Limone Gin and mix well. Next, equally pour in some lemon tonic and prosecco to the top of the glass - enjoy!
SLOE-Secco
INGREDIENTS
Prosecco
Buckingham Distillery Pomegranate & Sloe Gin
Fresh Pomegranate Seeds
METHOD
Sprinkle a teaspoon of Pomegranate seeds into the bottom of your glass, next fill the glass with ice cold Prosecco and top off with approx 25ml of Buckingham Distillery Pomegranate & Sloe Gin - enjoy!
GOLDEN HOUR
INGREDIENTS
BD Spiced Apple Gin
Ginger Ale
Lemon Juice
Dried Apple
Star Anise
Ice
METHOD
Fill your glass half full with ice, add in 50ml of our Buckingham Distillery spiced apple gin liqueur, next fill the remainder of the glass with ginger ale, add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and finally garnish with dried and star anise - enjoy!
